I take 2 to 4 of these 40,000 heat units cayenne capsules daily with meals and have noticed no side effects. In the future I may step up to the extra hot 100,000 HU capsules.

Used it to lower cholesterol and blood thinner because aspirin make me bruise all over. There are other health benifits like weight loss. If you cannot eat hot stuff because of reflux you have to eat when you take them.
