WeeSprout Bamboo Plates, Set of 4, Kid-Sized Dinnerware, Dishwasher Safe Melamine Dishware (Blue, Green, Gray, & Beige, Without Lids)

We own several sets of wheat straw plates for our kids, and have been satisfied with those for a few years now. However, I tried out this bamboo set finally and was blown away by their amazing surface feel, and their sleek, always-new look. They are rated to be top rack dishwasher safe, so I have been washing them in the top rack of the dishwasher without any sign of wear whatsoever. They look as brand new as the day I got them, whereas the wheat straw dishes I own have gotten scratchy and kind of a pebbly surface over time. They are incredibly sturdy (no give at all) and just the right size for a preschooler's dinner, with the high walls to keep it all INSIDE. On the whole, I'd recommend these for any time you don't plan to microwave a small dish of food. The colors are really cheerful and bright, like Crayola crayons, not like a cheaper imitation that only looks good in photos. This is the real deal.

We're loving these plates and the cups too. They wash well and have held up with metal silverware. The idea of bamboo instead of plastic was also appealing.

These plates are great - easy to clean, fit the high chair tray perfectly, and don't break when they fall on the floor. Customer service is quick and responsive. One of the plates arrived broken, and they immediately shipped out a whole new set that arrived within days. I love the muted colors, too.

The plates are fairly large and can fit a good amount of food, they have fallen once or twice and have not broken, so I would say they’re definitively kid friendly and a good quality, I like that the colors are neutral and not bright and flashy. The plates are super light and work well for our purposes. If you leave them sitting out or it oily foods, it does leave some food residue that doesn’t com out. But if you wash right away they seem to stay clean. I love that they come with lids so leftovers can be placed in the fridge.

These plates have a good design, size, and are durable. The bamboo material is dishwasher safe, but not suitable for a microwave. Strawberry and blueberry discoloration easily wash off.

I purchased WeeSprout plates, bowls, and silverware for my 5yo and I couldn't be happier. No plastic, BPA, and dishwasher safe. It has been hard finding real silverware that weren't "sporks" for kids. One of my plate sets had a cracked rim, so I emailed the company and got a quick response, as well as a replacement sent right away. The customer service was outstanding and they resolved the issue no questions asked. I will definitely be buying this brand in the future, not only for myself, but they would make a great gift.

They have plenty of space, and my 7-year-old finds it very easy to eat because the rim is high, so the food doesn’t spill out. They’re just perfect. They’re also very easy to wash and come in different colors. Tienen muy buen espacio, mi hijo tiene 7 años y se le hace fácil comer pues el borde es alto y no se sale la comida, están perfectos. Se lavan muy fácil y vienen en diferentes colores.
