Not losing hair every time I brush
I bought this on the recommendation of a friend. I have very dry skin, and live in a place with lower humidity then I am acclimated for. When I started using this product, I noticed that less hair was in my comb. I have now started regrowing hair in spots that have been thinning for months if not years. I have not noticed a difference in my skin, but that might take longer to change, since I have had dry skin my whole life.

Made soft, splitting fingernails hard
This horsetail works really well. My fingernails were very soft and splitting. They're now hard and healthy. My hair also seems to be growing faster. I'm very pleased!

So far, so good
Easy on the stomach. I like that they are organic ingredients made in the USA. I purchased to help my hair grow and I’ve been taking them a few weeks. Not sure if they’ve made a difference yet, I’ll reevaluate after I finish this bottle. Would be better if the company used glass bottles, so much unnecessary plastic! Glass is much easier to reuse and or recycle.

The best I've ever tried! My hair is thicker and it grows fast now. It's also great for nail growth and your skin. I also take biotin for growth and thickness at the same time. My little see through spot right on the forehead line (I call it my bald spot) has now filled in. These are a must and both are taken every single day. My hairdresser of 25 years is blown away by the change. I've been taking these for 2 years and the results have been astounding. I also highly recommend this seller. The delivery time was 2 days.

Know what dose of vitamin you can take
I was the 1st timer for these supplements and they didn't turn out to be the best for me. But maybe I need a lower dose of the vitamin itself.

I think they may help!
I am seeing some improvement. My hair seems to shine more, bouncy and less dryness. I also see some new hair growth in the balding areas around my face. I'm also taking liquid biotin daily along with this combination of herbs called Horsetail. I've been through an entire bottle and on my 2nd biotin liquid. No bad taste or smell. I will update after the 2nd month but until something changes, I am giving it 5 stars!
