I absolutely love my new 8qt SIMPOT!!!! I have used it several times since I got it a week ago. I started with stove top pressure and and 2 yrs ago went to electric. My first pot was by Crock Pot (6qt) but I was dying to own an INSTANT POT but I just could barely store it. But I cook almost all my meals with a pressure cooker an I did buy an INSTANT POT. Well I tried to love it for the last year but it is so sensitive to the dreaded BURN MESSAGE that I hated IT. Well I watched the review for the Simpot on YouTube with Noreen's kitchen and I knew I instantly wanted to have this pot. I can tell you it works better than the IP. It comes to pressure faster and I think it cooks so even if you use the steamer basket especially whole chicken! Whether you are new to pressure cooking or have been cooking a long time this is the pot to have! REASONS WHY IN MY OPINION! 1. YOU GET WAY MORE FOR YOUR MONEY! They set you up so you can cook anything by giving you a steamer basket and an extra ring plus the silicone mits! IP doesn't give you any of those! 2. Simpot is way cheaper! At least $65. 3. It looks simple with only four buttons and it is easy to use. It has the largest LCD screen I have ever seen. But it is complex meaning you can do all kinds of food in it! You can make yogurt, cheese cake, breads and cakes, I have already proofed home made pizza dough on the yogurt setting. So it does everything that all of the exspensive models out there do! 4. I think it is absolutely beautiful! It is shiney and sleek. I love that it is black and not silver and metal. I have a huge shelving unit for all my kitchen gadgets so they are out of the way but my Simpot proudly sits on my counter because even though it is large it looks very elegant on my counter. 5. It is well made. I work at a meat market sampling our products and I take it to work with me. This week I have made pulled bb a pork, baby back and St. Louis style ribs, and choice chuck roast for roast beef sliders. Work like a charm and I am completely satisfied that I wont run in to burn notices with all the sauces I use. 6. We are now a house hold of 2 so I don't feed an Army anymore but with the steamer basket I have bowls that fit in it perfect for pot in pot cooking. You can cook smaller meals easy but because it is 8qt I can do large amount of I need to. I have a whole 5lb chicken thawing now so they I can cook it and use the meat for several meals but after I take the meat off I will throw the bones back in along with bones I have been saving to make home broth and I will get 4 and a half to 6 and a half qts! I love on bone broth! It heals my stomach and intestinal track by drinking at least a cup a day. I drink it like coffee (lol). But it works great! 7. Finally I LOVE MY SIMPOT AND I KNOW THAT YOU WILL TOO! So I highly recommend the Simpot! Go and get yours now because it is so good that when they are in high demand after people start using them they might be more money (lol) although I think this company is really gonna be great to its customers! They have wonderful customer service and I know because I have corresponded with them several times and hey are wonderful! Thank you so much h Simfonio for making this wonderful piece of equipment! I can tell this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship!

The Simpot has me blown away! I had never used a cooker like this before. I produce YouTube cooking and BBQ videos as the BBQ PIT DOG. I plan to use this cooker in many upcoming videos. I have been testing with the 8 quart version and it cooks flawlessly every time! It's easy to use and I like the large display! It appears to be manufactured with great quality and easy to clean. I've been using it for beef roasts, pork shoulders and chicken dishes, collard greens, rice and even eggs. It works great as a pressure cooker and a slow cooker. I've been following some of the recipes in the cook book and online, adding my own favorite seasonings and it really make some delicious food! Pressure cooking is amazing! Highly recommended!

The Simfonio Simpot 8 quart Electric Pressure Cooker has seriously amazed me. With this pressure cooker the pressure builds up faster than any other I have tried. It comes well packaged with an extra gasket, stainless steel inner pot, basket, rice spoon, ladle, silicone heat resistant gloves, and measuring cup. I cooked sweet potatoes in 20 minutes!! Ribs in 25 minutes!! I had dinner ready in a fraction of the “oven” time and it didn’t make my house hot. This is the perfect addition to my kitchen. With the 8 quart, there is plenty of room to make a meal for a large family. The stainless steel pot ensures there is no worry about scratches as you would with a Teflon surface. A win win!! The pricing is right for what is included and how well it works. Not to mention the huge digital display screen that lights up. Very easy to operate. Comes with recipe booklet and instruction booklet. It feels and gives the appearance of being very durable and well made.

I only wish it came with a cookbook that's why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars! I've never owned a crockpot nor pressure cooker or airfryer so this was a first for me! It was so easy to use! Since it doesn't come with a cookbook, i just went to Pinterest and searched for one pot meals! 😊

UPDATE: After writing my original bad review, I received a reply blaming the product being dropped during shipping (even though it worked fine at first) and an offer to replace the device. When I didn't reply immediately, I was sent an additional follow-up email requesting a response. I replied less than 24 hours after the original email and have yet to receive a response or new device two weeks later. The customer service just keeps getting worse. My husband ordered this for me and I'm leaving the review on his account so it proves this is a verified purchase. I used the machine a couple of times. It wasn't the best pressure cooker, but I figured I just needed to get used to it. I had my previous machine for years and was used to the way it worked, so I wasn't going to post a bad review for user error or minor annoyances, like the horridly LOUD SCREECHING BEEP FOR EVERYTHING or the missing steps on the instructions or even the lid that is difficult to get on straight, but things went from bad to worse. Third try is a charm right? I attempted again and was successful, but needed to add a bit more time to fully cook my food. No problem, set the machine again and I kept getting LID flashing on the display. Ok, probably user error, unplug it and see what happens. No luck, still LID on the display. I've used a lot of pressure cookers in my life, so I clean out the lid, clean out the reservoir and try again. Still nothing, but this screeching beep and LID on the display. It doesn't matter if the lid is on or off, it doesn't even allow for changing a function, never mind actually hitting the start button. Within seconds of turning the machine on it reverts to beeping and LID. I clearly can't fix the error at this point so I contact customer service and get a quick reply requesting a video of the error and purchase information. I figure they are going to either give me instructions to fix the problem or replace the machine. I send the requested information and get no response. Nothing. It's now been two weeks of silence from this crap company and I'm out over $125, because I'm already out of my Amazon 'refund window' and no one is responding from the company. Don't bother with this one and get an Instant Pot Ultra instead, same size and functions for $89.99 right now.

Me and my wife were so excited to use this cooker as we do a lot of cooking together. Most useful feature of this cooker is the 10 different cooking modes available to prepare different kinds of dishes. Also, cooking time can be significant saved compared to traditional pressure cooker. We prepared some Beef macaroni which turned out really yummy. Beef usually takes more than 20 mins to get fully cooked in traditional pressure cooker, but Simpot did the magic in just 10 minutes. We also prepared a rice based sweet soup which was delicious and quite easier to prepare. It acts as a cooking pan and as well as a pressure cooker, so there is no need to use pan if you have Simpot. The package also comes with other useful stuff like silicone holders, additional washer, steaming basket etc. Overall we are very happy with our decision to buy this cooker.

This particular electronic pressure cooker, performs like any other modern, electronic pressure cooker. I was looking at the "Insta-pot" brand before mistakenly finding a review of this brand on youtube. The reason for picking this brand over the insta-pot brand was the extra that comes with this 8 QT Simfonio 10-in 1 pressure cooker. It comes with a steamer pot, extra rubber seal and silicone mittens for your finger tips for grabbing the inner pot, after cooking has ended. That made all the difference for me. it's been about i ordered on December 2nd, received it on December 6th. So in a little over 1 month, i haven't had an issue with it, in terms of it still continuing to function the way it supposed to. It's still too early to gauge its durability. I hope it still keeps on working for at least a year, so i can give it a solid stamp of approval. I recommend it over the insta-pot for the extras, you don't get with buying a insta-pot.

The Simfonio Electric Pressure Cooker 8Qt - Simpot 10-in-1 is a great addition to your kitchen. With a large capacity you can quickly make dinner for a large family or even cook your whole holiday turkey inside. With dishwasher safe accessories, the Simpot is easy to use with a quick clean up. We like the extra long power cord, compared to our other pressure cooker, but wish that the pressure indicator raised up a bit more for better visibility. The amount of functions is great, but the dial means you have to go through each one and a "beep" to get to the one you want. Be sure you push the dial in twice to select the function or your pot will not work. Overall - a great investment for the kitchen. It's great for small spaces to get a large amount of food without messing up a lot of dishes, and perfect for cooking on those hot days you don't want to heat up the kitchen.
