The best lumbar support I’ve ever had for my herniated discs. I’ve tried everything from all different size pillows and this by far is the best to use when driving. It’s mesh so my back can breathe. It’s adjustable and can give you bigger arch for your back but I found that the minimal tightness works great for me.

I have ordered two sets of these for my island kitchen chairs. I thought we were fine before until I injured my lower back badly and it took me 7 weeks to recover. My back doesn’t feel the same anymore, but these help make things more bearable— purchased these for the chairs and I’ll use it for the car too and basically take it anywhere I know I’ll be sitting. WOW. It gives me that much needed support and helps me to sit up straight and not put so much strain and pressure on my lower back. I’m going to order a third set just so I can leave it in place and not have to keep transporting other ones. I was watching a random video about back pain and the chiropractor on it recommended these. He said to keep it simple with the design since there are so many out there, but these work.

I have been suffering from bulging discs at the L5-S1, L4-5 L3-4, L2-3 levels of my back for a while now. Some days the pain and discomfort can put a halt on my activities and give me a not so good quality of life. A few days ago I found this YouTube channel by Doctor Andrea Furlan and I immediately connected with her perspective on back pain. I purchased this lumbar support product because she recommended it and I immediately purchased it. I completely trusted her and still do. To start with, this is a very good deal because you do not get one, but two lumbar supports and THEY DO OFFER SUPPORT FOR THE LOWER BACK! I was so excited to have order this product, one of the lumbar supports was meant to be for me and the other one for my husband. My husband drives for long hours and also suffers from lower back pain but not as bad as me. The lumbar support did not fit properly on my husband's car seat(Toyota Corolla 2017) he claimed the seat in the car was already too forward, coming out. The support just made him feel his seat coming out more forward towards the steering wheel even more. For him, this support was just not working out, felt it very uncomfortable and decided not to use it. Soooooo, now both of these lumbar supports are meant for me to use. I use one on my office chair and the other one I use it on the seat of my Toyota Rav4, 2002. Pain relief: this product will offer some or little pain relief depending on how strong my pain is. Support: This product always gives me support on my lower back and it gives my lower back some type of comfort. When I first began to use it on my office chair, I immediately felt the support on my lower back but then I also noticed that it was getting too uncomfortable. The middle vertical strap was making the lumbar support very curvy and it was eventually hurting my lower back instead of helping it. Therefore, per product instructions I cut the middle strap and now the fit and comfort for my back is much, much better. The other lumbar support that I use in my car is comfortable the way it is, I am not planning to cut the middle strap for that one; that is so strange, but that's what my lower back is feeling with these two identical lumbar supports. When I first installed the support on the seat of my vehicle, I felt a decent and fair comfort in my lower back but I got hurt trying to accommodate myself on the car seat with the lumbar support on it. As I tried to seat in the car, one of the curvy edges on the support touched one side of my lower back and hurt me kind of a lot, but I am okay now. That section of my lower back hurt by the curvy edge of this product is still kind of sore but I am dealing with it. I later realized it was my mistake because I should've slide the seat backwards in order to avoid either side of the support to touch my back and hurt me they way it did. Therefore, if you are planning to use this product in your vehicle's seat, make sure you do not make the same mistake I did and hurt yourself. Take the time to adjust, make sure there is enough space between your seat and the steering wheel so you can get in without touching the curvy sides of this lumbar support. Experiment with it until is to your liking; it will give you some support at least. These supports are easily attachable to the seats with a belt strap that helps the support to stay kind of still and in place. The one on my chair does slide down on the chair a little from time to time. It is very easy and fast to adjust if the lumbar support slides or moves. Overall, is it an excellent support? No, it is not, but for now, it does gives me some relief and support. I can imagine if your pain is not as bad as mine, it will definitely give you full support and a lot of relief. Well, I hope my experience with this product helps you in making a decision about purchasing it. But most of all, if you do get, it, I hope it relieves your pain and discomfort. Thank you. This backrest is exactly what I needed. I hurt my back 2 weeks ago. I am in agony! This backrest supports me at my spot of pain! I didn’t have to do ANY adjustment or cutting straps. Took out of box and to my seat. Plus they send 2 so you can leave one in your vehicle! I would definitely buy again!!!

This lumbar support feels comfortable and perfect if only it would stay on my chair. The horizontal strap is stretchy enough but the vertical straps are HORRIBLE!! They barely reach each other without a chair back, they are not stretchy AT ALL either. So if you don’t want your support to stay in one place, and not slide down or slide off, you need to keep searching. I know I do because I found out during my trip through the airport, in my wheelchair which has a tarp thin back and a narrow width; that was awful having to stop and pick that thing up every 50 feet or so. I finally just pitched it in the DTW airport trash can. 🗑️ 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Works great on my back on long trips.

Relieves back pressure and allows air circulation (no bed sores from heat, perspiration, pressure). I have one for every seat (car, chairs, wheelchair, bed especially). Works beautifully!

I like this a lot, and when it is angled properly, it really provides great lumbar support. I do think mesh is superior to memory foam since it is sturdier which I find more comfortable for my low back. However, and I am not sure how this could be addressed, the mesh keeps sliding back into the rear crevice of the seat while I drive. If this could have straps that go over and under the side of the seat to prevent it from sliding, that might help. Or if there was more friction between the seat and the edge of the mesh support.
