Definitely Recommend! (Wish It Included Bigger Brush Though)
I honestly love these brushes. I read one review that pointed out the fact that the bristles dye to the color you are using. I found this to be true, but it won't affect your work in any way. I find the emphasis of this point to be a little over the top honestly, given the great price for the set. They spread wonderfully, and they feel and look high quality. My ONLY complaint is that since I am using these with acrylics, I wish they included a bigger brush than what is included. I think the amount of small brushes is somewhat... redundant. I think they should have included a 1.5 inch or 2 inch, that would've made me love this set even more.

Begginer Water-Color Artist
I purchased these for my beginning water-color college class. I paint with acrylic and this was my first time using this medium so I had very little knowledge on any good brands for brushes. I did not want to invest in expensive water-color brushes because I was uncertain if I would pursue this medium outside of this course so I went for these after reading the reviews. Fortunately I was very satisfied with this purchase. The brushes are short-handled which was great; this is my personal preference over long-handled brushes. None of the bristles fell out so I didn't have to worry about my work getting covered with the hair. The brushes worked well with the water-color paint and I had no problem working on any work. Although the brushes do come in a variety of sizes, as seen in the photo, I would recommend buyers to purchase more washes and larger round brushes. Aside from the lack of larger round brushes, which was much needed for my use, and beside the fact that I've yet to compare these to any other popular brand water-color brushes, this is a great set for any beginner water-color artist.

Beautiful
Beautiful soft brushes that work tremendously well and are priced way lower than other similar products

Good Quality Brushes
I find that these are good quality oil painting brushes. They hold their shape well and and can be loaded with a lots of paint. When applying the paint to the canvas, it flows freely. They are also good for fine detail work and dry painting techniques. I am very pleased with the performance and would repurchase this series again.

Great value!
Good brushes at a great price! Some of the reviews had me wary about purchasing them but Im glad a took the risk, they're great. Its been awhile since I've been in an art store but from what I can recall each of these brushes are usually no less than $2 each. So for half the price you can find them in stores, I say they're a steal!

awfuly wraped and grabed. STOP WITH THE GLUE..
The brushes are wrapped in shipping in a terrible way. This is the first order in my life where the brushes are held inside their box by glue. Why do you need the glue? Just leave them inside the structure that holds them and the plastic and nylon that wraps them and that's it. The glue is terrible. You have to stop with this unnecessary gluing. The glue is so strong that it tears the brush from its holder along with the paint of the wood along with the letters of the inscription. What ever for ? it stuck all the things around them..

They also do a good job as dust-removers and whisk brushes for use inside ...
These artificial-fiber brushes aren't as supple as your better-quality art brushes that use natural animal fur. However they are dirt cheap and as such, that makes them suited for a lot of jobs you wouldn't want to trash your fancy sable brushes on. In my case I use them for applying synthetic grease to metal parts that need careful application. They also do a good job as dust-removers and whisk brushes for use inside of complex mechanisms. If I was still building model airplanes that required a fine level of detail and control, I wouldn't want to use these brushes - but for general use they are an excellent value.
