Good looks, performance, and a VERY competitive price
Admittedly, I was hesitant to buy PWM fans that were so affordable, yet also seemed to have all the features I wanted (they were black, had pwm, and blue LED lighting) but so far I am completely satisfied. I have 6 of these in my gaming desktop/workstation and not only do they look fantastic, but they perform well! At about 1000 rpm (roughly 50% fan speed when in my bios system), there is audible sound, but it is quiet enough to where it shouldn't bother you --- It should be noted that my computer is propped up on a desk under two feet away from me --- As far as performance, they work alright. Do they move as much air as something that you'd pay $25+ per fan? Probably not, but I would say they are above average. If you're looking for a stylish and affordable pwm fan that also happens to work well (I will update if anything fails) then I would say you've found it. The only thing I didn't really care for was the installation, using the rubber screws that are provided. I wish the fans just had rubber sleeves to go on the corners of the fans, but the provided screws do reduce noise, so I can't complain too much =]

If you really want silent fans i recommend getting the Antec LED Fan Cooling True Quiet 120 ...
These may be quiet compared to other fans, but they are not silent. Also mine were running at full RPM because i had them plugged into molex and i don't think the MB i tested them on has Fan control. Anyways, Even at their full speed they are rated at 18-19?DB. I doubt that, these are audible at full speed. You can search a video on google where someone actually tested these out and they are around 21DB. and about 68CFM, so not as advertised. If you really want silent fans i recommend getting the Antec LED Fan Cooling True Quiet 120 The antec fans really are Silent, i couldn't really hear them, even at their full speed. These lepa fans have good airflow but are not silent at full speed, pretty audible. I am keeping one for the exhaust. The rest i am using the manual 2 speed Antec fans because they are Really silent, no joke. I was surprised. So get these if you have a PWM controller but also want good airflow, they WILL be audible at full speed. Don't get these if you want a really silent PC.., but i guess it all depends on the person.

These fans are great. I absolutely love them
These fans are great. I absolutely love them. The fans, themselves, are very quiet while they work, they are aligned perfectly, so they aren't at all wobbly like my previous fans were. They are amazing. The only "problem" (in quotes because it's nothing that i vote as bad) is that, since it has an air flow of 81.5 cfm - around 20 or 30 cfm more than most other fans - it pushes around air at a very high rate and causes the air to interact with the case body at a high velocity, which, of course, makes it sound loud. For many, this is a big problem because they want a strictly quiet pc, but, personally, I prefer better air flow over anything. Since installing the three I bought so far, I've noticed that my average core temperature has dropped by at least 10°C.

Sightly different shades of blue
I got two of the blue fans. One is full blue while the other is like a teal blue. That's annoying.

Good performance, Poor LED
As far as fans go, its fine. However, I was looking for a fan that offered both performance and style. The LED lights did not glow as bright as I hoped they would and looked mismatch from the other bright red LED fan I already had installed. Otherwise, the fan performed well and was mostly silent.

They look cool, but they take a ton of power to ...
These fans pull way more amps than they state on their label. I swapped two of them (supposedly .25 amps each) for two sp120's (.28 amps each) on my corsair h100i and it immediately fried a cpu fan header on my brand new motherboard. Now I have to use a powered pwm fan hub to run my fans. Needless to say, I am displeased. They look cool, but they take a ton of power to start and they don't run at their rated power.

Quality fan
Its a case fan and it works. I keep my tower below my desk, while when it speeds up I can hear it a bit (not much though), I'm more likely to feel the vibrations from the higher RPMs. Most of the time its really quiet and my computer has been kept at a cooler, stable, temperature since I got it. It's really a great bargain.

fantastic performance for price.
These fans are great, when I bought them my friend asked me "why corsair is so much better I bet these are loud" I pointed out the decibal range in the spec sheet compared to corsair and he shut up. These fans push more air volume than a lot of PC fans. They are whisper quiet and they arrived well packed. The prices on these are reasonable, especially for the performance. So before you run off and spend more money on corsair brand please at least think about these fans. Also the LEDs on these are bright and look quite good inside the case I have. However to me the main reasojbi bought these was the competitive price point. The air volume flow and the noise level. My machine is almost completely silent, the only audible noise being from my HDD as of right now.

its quiet
this thing moves twice the cfm of air and is over twice as quiet

Not built to last.
Bought it, first one started to make noise after a month and couple of days. Thankfully managed to get it replaced for free. Now the replacement after 5ish months has started to make noise when there is no load, it's better with load, but when i want silence i can't get it, because it gets loud if it's too slow....

Buena compra
Este ventilador es Excelente, en general es muy silencioso sólo hace ruido en las velocidades más altas, es recomendable tenerlo controlado por la motherboard.

Resina o pegamento provoca ruido.
