The best sealer. Lasts years. Easy to apply. The jar goes a long way. No residual effects to the finish. Vapors are probably very bad for you. So ventilate when using.

I finally bit the bullet and steam cleaned about 900 square feet of tile/grout. By using a rolling dispenser bottle the sealer went on easily. I rolled it on in sections so by the time I was done doing that I could go back and wipe it down with a clean white rag. The grout was several years past needing maintenance but looks like new now! Time will tell if it helps protect against stains and grime.

Perfect sealer for our granite counters. The amount in the container is good for many recoatings.

I recently had white granite installed and pretty much if you let air hit it it temporarily stains/permanently etches/permanently discolors. I figured wrapping it in Saran Wrap to protect the counters from my family might not be the best thing. Enter Dry Treat. I read the very clear directions and sealed the countertops. (I tested it first, otherwise I'd have had a stroke over how dark the counters got before returning to their natural color.) It was very easy to do with a spray bottle, painters tape and plastic to cover the wall, faucet etc. Extra dried on sealant came off very easily with a spray of wet sealant and a bit of elbow grease. Things I've noticed: •water no longer penetrates causing several hours of dark discoloration. •oils still permanently stain BUT instead of causing an almost instant stain, it takes several hours of an oil sitting on the counter before the stain is permanent. (Thx hubby) •jellies, red wine, fruit spills no longer require 911 calls as it wipes right up. The first few weeks of New River White granite without Dry Treat were anxious ones; with 3 permanent stains. Whatever the granite fabricator used to 'seal' it on site was useless. Este es el mejor sellador , probé muchísimos y todos cambiaban el color del mármol donde lo apliqué y este dejaba exactamente el mismo tono blanco y además es muy resistente . Used it to apply on grout - floor and bathroom tiles. Application is tricky - it requires a squirt bottle with tiny hole. Excess will over flow on to the tiles - Use paper towel soaked in isopropyl alcohol to remove excess. Reapplication over itself will undo it or make a mess! Let it set/dry for more than a day!
