I had the same issue and it took a 3 minute phone call to Caliber customer service and they are sending me the hardware tomorrow. That's it. Three minutes!I spoke to an actual human, was not on hold, and to me that is shockingly refreshing and I'm so happy about that.In an age where companies don't seem to care about us much, this experience was the opposite!Good job guys. The plastic bags in two of the boxes were open and one box had lost a lot of screws and spacers. The second wasn't so bad. The manufacturer needs to secure the screws and spacers in better packaging.
