TSA can never figure out how to put it back together after they inspect luggage. I have now labeled "fold this flap first, then secure with velcro straps". Would recommend the manufacturer make a slight modification to the desire to be more effective. I thought buying these luggage covers would do the trick, but this is truly a case of you get what you pay for. Though not expensive, they certainly were not cheap (I bought 2), and I thought they would hold up to the rigors of travel and the baggage handlers. The velcro strips used to hold the pieces in place should be wider, thus providing more stability and the strips also need to be longer. I ordered the medium for my large suitcase (27" tall) which should have fit, per the description but actually fit my medium case.The height was just OK but the width didn't' fit. I am very happy with the cover. I bought a large size for my large suitcase and it fit great.
