Great product, I have a 2009 mako which was wet sanded, waxed and polished. The black gel coat wasn’t as shiny and deep as I would like it after spending a lot of money on the detailing. I called a couple companies on canuba wax and spoke to mr woody him self. Hey gave a lot of the product info, application instructions, and how often I should apply it. He also gave me details about the other product woody wax (that comes in the blue metal bottle). I used both on my boat and I’m really happy. My black gel coat came back to life in the first coat! I tried other products side by side and they didn’t do as good. I can’t wait to see my boat in the water. I also spoke to chemical guys but I wasn’t impressed with their product over the phone. Woody wax is a great product and mr woody explained to me in details on how to use his product. It’s not rocket science but it’s reassuring to hear I can take this task on my self. Thank you.

What a shine! Have to apply manually so it’s a lot of work! But the results are great!

My boat stays in salt water sometimes a week to two weeks at a time. This product is great protection. Makes clean up easier.

Got a sample to test, thanks Woody... The wax seems great, easy on and adds some additional gloss to the gelcoat. I used it as a maintenance coat to supplement my base layer of wax. Obviously if your gelcoat is in need of mechanical restoration a spray on product is not going to be of much help. I am interested to test the long term durability. I gave it 4 stars only because the spray nozzle is not the best application for this thick product. it would periodically stop spraying only to have to be pumped like 20 times before it would spray a few times before it stopped spraying again. Hopefully the larger bottle does not have the same issue, otherwise Woody should put a trigger sprayer on it. UPDATE: Well, unfortunately the larger bottle that I purchased did not come with a better spray nozzle, so I lowered my rating as a result. The spray nozzle is so bad that it is basically useless. For every 10+ pumps I get 1 squirt if I am lucky. Very frustrating... I had to remove the sprayer and start pouring the product into a rag which used up a lot more of the wax. I won't be buying it again because of this flaw.
