Perfect replacement & included blades
Perfect replacement for my Nutone fan motor. Product included the motor and the round fan.

Very quiet
My old motor was going bad and very noisy. This one fit right in place and is whisper quiet.

Poorly Made in China
The motor shaft was not correctly mounted and/or fixed in position. During the first minute or two of operation the shaft slid downward to the point that the fan blower was making contact with the motor housing. The unit arrived without any documentation whatsoever, except for the sticker which read "Made in China."

This was an exact replacement.
Exact replacement for my bathroom exhaust fan motor. Replacing the motor was much easier than if I would have had to replace the whole unit.
