This pillow was a replacement for a similar one that my wife had used for many years...the old unit was well past it's usable period, yet my wife could not find a similar weight and memory foam of the old one. Then I had found the Levesolls Gel Memory Foam Contour Pillow...it was an almost perfect match...there was one little issue, yet Emma in customer service was immediately on the issue and resolved it in a very short period of time. My wife is a front line RN and her sleep (what little she gets) is very important to her health. This pillow is great for her, it has the different sized contours on either edge for a great fit and then there is a removable center of the sandwich, that ensures that the height is perfect. She loves it, drifts off to sleep quickly...and the best part is she sleeps deeply and wakes with no neck or shoulder pain. This is a great pillow, it does even more than it claims...it gives you the deep sleep that refreshes your body and the soft rebound etc does not hurt her ears. Get this pillow and sleep better! Perfect! I had another brand name for about 10 years that I could never sleep without, then we moved and I decided to get a new one from Ikea that looked the same and so I assumed would be the same....wrong! Not the same! Got this Levesolls as my new replacement.... and it’s just perfect, like my beloved old pillow! Just perfect fit for my normal size head ( I am 5’6” tall and normal size head for that size) Perfect wave for my neck, perfect density so my head rests comfortably, not too soft, not too firm, long enough that I dont have to reposition at all while going from back sleeping to side sleeping, just all around perfect pillow, I am so happy after 2 months with the other crappy pillow. Conclusion: I love this new pillow.

I have tried this pillow for several nights now. I am a small woman at 5'3", so appreciated that I could take out one of the foam pieces to fit my neck. Laying on my back, the height was perfect. However, when laying on my side, I found myself wishing for more length for a little protection from twisting my shoulder too far towards the mattress.. As the night progressed, the pillow still provided support which was nice, but for anyone with neck problems, the contour flattened too much, resulting in neck pain in the morning. Finding a good pillow is very difficult!

Comfortable pillow, good loft for smaller frame person. Still waiting for more pain relief though. Have used it for a few days-maybe it takes longer for the desired effect.

I had been looking for a neck pillow to replace one that I had previously. I’ve had multiple neck fusions and needed one that had the support but I really don’t like the ones that weigh a ton or are so hard that it scrunches up your face. This pillow is really nice. Good support (you can choose sides, and choose thickness with the inner core being removable). The two covers that come with it are so soft that my husband whined enough that I put the extra one on his pillow. Highly recommend

I was replacing a similar type pillow that had worn out after many years. This new one is larger (good!) and even more comfortable than the last one I had. I haven't used it without the middle foam piece, because it is perfect (for me) the way it is, with all 3 foam pieces. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a very supportive pillow. I use mine on top of another regular pillow I have and it is perfect for this mostly side-sleeping person.

I have to use this type pillow. I have a lot of neck issues. It provides great support. It’s not the softest though, but what I needed. I do wish the cover was a different material. It’s hard to stay on it. You slide off because of the material.

This memory foam too soft. Had this for three month and neck and shoulder pain only got worse. When lying on it initially there is nothing uncomfortable. After 5 minutes it will produce a strange feeling that it is too stiff on the back of my head and too soft on my neck and keep it in suspension. Bought a new pillow and immediately puts me out of misery. When comparing the two by squeezing them by hand, this product exhibit mild and uniform resistance until being compressed to the very limit, then it gradually swell back up. Whereas my new pillow becomes firmer as being compressed further and bounce back quicker.
