As with all new ingredients and products, if you are hypersensitive, you need to monitor your blood sugar before and after trying it. If this is for some kind of fad diet and not diabetes... just stop, because things this small is insignificant

I do not feel any effects. This is a vitamin needed to produce red blood cells.
