I love this marinade. It has a nice smell. It's good with meat, chicken, seafood. It is my favourite one.

I usually make my own, but when I am not able, this is definitely my go to choice. Nice flavor rounded well with pineapple. One of the family's holidays appetizers are a combo Nirvana teriyaki sweet n sour meatball, on a shortened skewer stick with a mushroom, and pearl onion and fresh chunk of pineapple!

I was really hoping this teriyaki sauce would be flavorful, but it turned out disappointing. The consistency is fine, but the taste is overly sweet and lacks the deep, savory notes I expect from good teriyaki sauce. It also has a slightly artificial aftertaste that I didn’t enjoy. I tried using it for stir-fries and as a marinade, but it didn’t enhance the dishes much. Even when I mixed it with other ingredients, the flavor just felt flat. For the price, I expected something closer to a restaurant-quality sauce. I won’t be repurchasing this and will try a different brand!

Quality and consistency are the hallmarks of this smoky yet sweet sauce. Use the marinade on meats or rice to add a tart zing without too much sweetness. Just enough!! Not too salty, this sauce is thick and savory. Enjoy!
