Med Spec ASO Ankle Stabilizer, White, Small

I have weak ankles and an MCL knee injury. This was recommended to help me get back into the sports I play - football and tennis. So far so good. Really good firm support around the ankle which in turn takes any undue pressure off my knee. I presumed it came as a pair, it's only one! I will likely buy another one. Very good support.

I purchased this for my father, he has polio in one leg due to which he has problem walking. But after using this ankle stabilizer he is doing much better while walking and his pain has also subsided. I am happy i purchased this for my father.

This item, while similar to the ankle brace we got from a physiotherapist, does not provide the same support. For $5 more, we were able to get a brace that had metal support and stabilized the ankle quite well. The ASO Ankle Stabilizer was almost the same price as the brace we had professionally fitted - but much more cheaply made. Save yourself the money and go to a professional to be fitted, or look for the cheaper stabilizers that Amazon provides. We were very disappointed that we couldn't return this item when we realized that it a poor quality replica.
