I re-polish my nails almost weekly and this stuff is great. It has helped keep my nails from cracking/breaking easily because they are no longer brittle and they are also able to grow longer thanks to that. I use it as a base coat and also a top coat, works great! My polishes rarely chip, even if I'm using a cheap dollar tree type color, they last. And this polish is so much cheaper on here than at Walgreens! ### ⭐ Not a hardening polish *by K***H on Reviewed in the United States on December 18, 2019* It’s no more than a clear top coat. I ordered this to help keep my nails from breaking between my shellac manicures. I don’t a job that requires much hand use, I wear gloves when I wash dishes. I’m very careful with my nails. I have tried this product twice, and each time it wears off the nail tips after one-two days. It was a thick, rich color that was easy to apply. No streaking. Fast drying.However, even with nail prep before application and with the Mega Strength top coat used as well I only got 36 hrs. of wear before chipping started. I have a hard time getting most nail polish to stay on so this was average for me with most polishes.While I was hopeful that as others said this would be a long lasting formula for me, I find Sally Hansen’s Color Therapy to be a better formula for my difficult nails. I get three to four days with no chipping before I have tip wear show with that formula. I don’t get why they are so different when from the same company but there is a decided difference.I’ll keep this one for sure because it dried so quickly and went on so easily it is worth having.
