when I first opened I took a sniff and it threw me for a second because of how intense it was, but its a great flavor exactly what I was looking for since I make alot of homemade deserts like ice creams, cakes, etc.

Natural Almond Flavor, great price
I needed almond flavor for Christmas baking and decided on Happy Home brand, as I have used their Maple flavoring and that is excellent. The almond flavor is also excellent, in sugar cookies, almond cookies, and a touch in vanilla cupcakes

Not a Good Substitute for Banana
For me, in addition to the banana extract NOT tasting or smelling remotely like a banana, the ingredients in this made the food feel oily on the tongue. I think it may be because of the glycol propylene. I tried it in both a smoothie and pancakes. It was very disappointing. I threw the bottle away and I don’t recommend it.
