Perfect for 12.6v li-ion cell pack charging
Perfect charger if you have a 3S lithium ion pack. I made a custom light with an inexpensive BMS and li-ion pack of 9x 18650 cells (3s3p) arrangement. Charger lights a red light while charging and a green light when done. I’ll buy more of these chargers if I ever make more of these lights. Speed of charge was good at a few hours.

I can't say enough about Talentcell the company; and their products. The company is always there for your questions or concerns. Fast, courteous, and helpful. Their products are excellent quality. I bought this power pack as an upgrade for the 3000mah battery pack/UPS I bought that came with a 500ma charger wall wart. That's fine for charging the batteries, but when using the battery pack also as an UPS for my Wyze camera, the red charging light stayed red and never went green because of the additional current draw of the camera. With this 2amp power pack and 2 each cameras connected, there's plenty of power to charge the batteries AND run both cameras. The light turn green; meaning it's plenty powerful enough for all my needs. Excellent product and excellent company.

durable charger
Had it fore 2 years works fine, make sure you buy the correct terminal one 5.5 x 2.5 mm or 5.5 x 2.1 mm

Pleasantly Surpised
I started charging a depleted Milwaukee M12 2Ah tool pack with this charger. Charge current was spot on at 2.0A. Charging voltage was initially limited to 10.2V to maintain the 2A current limit and rose as expected. Open circuit and low current voltage is spot on at 12.6V. Charge termination and the LEDs worked as expected. Just don't test this on a dummy load because without battery voltage to sense - it won't perform as expected . It's a very competent CCCV 3S Li-ion charger.
