Bought this a couple weeks ago. While I was skeptical at first about magnetism while sleeping, I've had better sleep and meditation ever since; unwind faster, my spinal discomfort/dull aches are gone. Idea: tell the customer via some form of instructions which side of the pad to sleep on. I, a 1st time customer, didn't receive instructions on what would be the best orientation for best results and had to look it up.

Interesting, this mattress had the opposite effect as all the experts claim. North side facing body is supposed to help one sleep; instead, it made me wakeful and multiple dreams throughout the night. Maybe my body polarity is reversed?! In any event, I don't sleep on it at night anymore, but during the day sit on it, or lie on it during naps, or watching television or reading, figuring it is increasing my resistance to old age and disease. Whatever it's doing, there is no question in my mind that these magnets affect the body; the radical change in my sleeping habits, which returned to normal immediately after ceasing sleeping on it, confirms for me that these things really do what they are claimed to do. The mattress itself is well made, and quality merchandise; I checked the polarity with my own magnets, and it is correct as the manufacturer claims.

Magnetic therapy has always been near and dear to my heart. I have been using magnetic therapy for years for lower back pain. in early 2021, I almost died from Covid Pnuemonia. I was in the hospital for 55 days. My lungs are still healing, and magnetic therapy eases the slight pain and discomfort of night breathing, and might even help the healing of my lungs, according to some medical websites. I want to take advantage of every technology available. The 1 inch magnetic mattress pad is well built.

I bought 5 of these pads as Christmas presents for friends and family. Now, 6 months later, at least three people no longer use their pads. I am trying to sell them on e-bay and can't even get anyone to pay 1/2 price. My sister and I both experienced interference with sleep. The mat "revs you up" just as you are trying to go to sleep so that even when you are dead tired, you can't sleep. I tried to get adjusted to it and never could. I used a 2 inch pad to create distance between the magnet pad and myself and that seemed to help; but then what's the point? I might as well have not purchased it. My dad noticed no difference whatsoever. My friend never opened the box to even try it and offered to give the gift back to me to get a refund. The company denied a refund even on an unopened package just because it was outside the 30 day window; never mind the fact that I bought five from them. My mom said she thought the mat helped somewhat but could not be sure.

I've used this item for over a year and must admit when I sleep on beds without it I do notice a little differnce. In short, the pad does seem to help the bodies overall circulation, albeit subtle. If you can afford it, it's a good addition, especially for a senior.

it helps me sleep at night so I wake up nice and refreshed cause I have a lot of aches and pains from golfing.

This was purchased for my wife as a gift. She has a lot of trouble sleeping so I thought this would help. She says it does not help her with her insomnia at all. I have moved it to the guest bedroom. I will ask future guests if they get a great sleep with it. Therefore I cannot recommend and probably would not purchase again.
