This Nutrivein Mushroom Supplement helps to reduce my anxiety and tension, particularly while driving. I also feel there are cognitive benefits, such as an enhanced ability to focus and improved depth perception. It increases energy and stamina and seems to help with some of the inflammatory processes from which I suffer. I found this after the company that made the blend I was previously using changed its formulation. I experienced lowered effectiveness with their modified formula, along with some adverse effects. While I may add more lion's mane to reach the level of calmness I experienced with the first blend, I am still extremely happy with the formula and have not noted any side effects whatsoever. This is my third bottle and I take it as directed, three capsules per day.

Great supplement, although less capsules per serving would be more ideal.

Edit to first post: The company did reach out to me and offer a full refund. I still wouldn’t take the mushroom blend but I wouldn’t hesitate trying another product. Great customer service! Made me extremely sick after taking just 2. The recommended dosage on the bottle is 4, Which would probably send you straight to the hospital. Symptoms lingered for three days. Contacted the company and they never responded. After experiencing this, I’d never purchase any of their products again. These are dangerous and are probably going to kill someone…

I'm a few servings into a second bottle of this mushroom blend and it's been a game-changer for me. And I usually don't write reviews unless I really feel compelled to do so. All I can suggest is that you try it yourself and see how it affects you. Definitely notice the cognitive benefits as well as experiencing an overall clean and enduring boost of physical energy throughout the day. And I also notice that I've had a better grip on my emotional responses to things that usually stress me out. There's plenty of credible research on each one of these 11 mushrooms too so you can make your own informed decisions and opinions about it. Works for me though

Im a 61 year Woman. Ive slowed down and don't have alot of energy when I get home from work. Im on my 2nd bottle. It seems to work. I oddly realize most days when I get home at the end of the day, im cleaning my house or starting projects that I've put off because im too tired and I don't feel like doing it. I get an energy boost without any gitters or wierd feelings. It just seems natural. I spread them out by taking 1 in the morning with my other supplements and 2 a couple hours later.
