Excellent adapter! Pricey but worth it.
I use a Dreamwear under-the-nose nasal mask (non-pillow) and I looove it. Resmed has an equivalent now (N30i) but they don't make one for the Airmini. Until they do, this adapter connects my preferred mask to my Airmini and I'm super happy. There were several of these adapters to choose from. I picked this one, and it works perfectly. It fits snugly, it makes no noise, I'm thrilled.

Pricey but works
People are correct. That should not be for $31.00. A piece of plastic. However ,my proprietary mask frame broke 3 days before I travel and I did not want to carry a huge machine. This came in help. It also allows to use regular masks. You can buy it if you do not mind paying this amount. It does work and also ypoui do not need to spend $150 new mask .

Be careful to ensure this actually works for your machine and mask
This product said it fits the ResMed mini, so I bought it in order to be able to use my regular mask with my travel machine. I opened it up, stuck it into the ResMed and it appeared to fit, so I packed my bag and went away on vacation. When it came time to go to bed I discovered that it did not fit properly or allow enough space for the mechanic pins to connect, so could not use my machine all week! I had to sleep propped up on pillows, hoping that I wouldn’t snore and ruin my husband’s sleep, or, worse yet, succumb to my sleep apnea.

Excellent
This is an improved model of adapter and it is just what I needed! The Airmini by Resmed seemed like a great travel Cpap until I tried the masks. I cannot use the magnetized masks for medical reasons and I couldn’t figure out how to use my previous Non- magnetized masks with this little travel machine. I ordered this adapter which connects to the airmini outlet. The connection is nice and secure, and I just attach my own hose and mask to the adapter. I like the Mirage FX by Resmed but haven’t tried other brands. I am glad this adapter became available!

Inserts and fits into the AirMini like OEM
I had read from some other reviewers that this version 2.0 does not fit well into the AirMini. I can say that this adapter fits in as well AS THE OEM VERSION. The OEM Resmed version has just a slight amount of play once the hose end is inserted. This one has no more or no less. Very happy with the unit and plan to now use an inline non AirMini humidifier with my mask. Thanks for this adapter.

louder mask noise than using the AirMini hose
I've been using CPAP for over 15 years and have an inventory of hoses built up. This adapter connects a standard CPAP tube to the ResMed AirMini very well. However, the noise transmitted through the hose from the AirMini (a recent purchase) to the mask is loud enough and unpleasant (not a white noise type of sound but one that varies with inhale and exhale). I broke down and bought the AirMini tubing (some websites said it was quieter). It is quieter than my standard hose, not by much, but enough to allow me to sleep through the night. Since my standard hose is covered by insurance (most insurance companies won't cover the travel CPAP machines - considered luxury items) I thought I might try a Q-Lite muffler but this may be a stupid move, the muffler needs to be replaced after a few months so I might not be saving much of anything. Another drawback is that the standard hose is bulky and doesn't travel well in the case provided with the AirMini. So what's the point of getting a travel CPAP if you can't save on space (yes weight is an option but not for me since i travel by car) For the sake of full disclosure, my settings are at auto adjust from 4 to 10 cm H2O. At 4cm-H2O the noise is tolerable, but at the higher pressure it isn't.
