Are the dimensions the outside dimension?

Outside dimensions (frame to frame) is about 15 1/4. Inside dimensions (what is actually showing/glass) is 13 1/2. I think 14x14 is the cardboard size that you wrap the shirt around.

What is the depth of the frame?

Can i put a jersey in here

We put at tshirt in it and there was plenty of room still depth wise If you want to have it full length and not folded in the case I would get something longer. Measure your jersey 14 inches across and 18 inches down . That's what will fit in this. Fold it and see what you think. Hope that helps
