I bought this for the wrong range sender. Unfortunately too much time had passed and couldn't return it.

We’re van installers and use these in every build. (Now used, past tense) These gauges used to be great, but in the last 7 months almost every gauge purchased has had issues. After following the wiring directions perfectly, gauges are either showing full when empty, sticking on inaccurate readings, or showing 3/4 full when actually full. Very disappointing plummet in quality. After having seven with these kinds of issues, we no longer recommend these and have switched to other options. I do think it was batch manufacturing problem however, we pulled out two older models from our stock and they worked fine. It’s only been those produced in the last year that have issues.

Easy to ready gauge with a nice 2 inch black face with white letters and indicator marks. Easy to instal with simple instructions.

I like the different color light option. I installed this on my 34' sailboat with dual tanks, so I placed a selector switch next to the gauge to read either Starboard or Port tanks, I connected the different light leads to the switch as well and depending on which tank you select the color is either orange or its red. The only draw back to using the switch is that the gauge fails upscale when neither tank is selected. Might give the wrong impression if just taking a quick look.
