Sony PlayStation 4 Pro 1TB White (PS4)

Some amazon sellers can be hit or miss so I was nervous especially considering the price I paid for new but this one was a definite hit. I could tell by the box and the way things were wrapped that it was in fact new. Everything works so I'm happy. Love the white look. Be advised: these units are from Europe so although any games will work fine, Blu-Rays have to be region B (Europe) to work on this. 4K Blu-Rays are region free, but those do not run in a PS4 because even though Pros are marketed as 4K that refers to game/streaming output, there is no 4k Blu-Ray drive in any PS4. Thanks Sony! Also do not use the cable included if you are in North America, get a new 110V power cord first.

Only problem I cant watch American DVDs and I dont know how to change this setting. However Games, downloads like Amazon and Netflix work just fine. I love my PS4 Pro color (White) though so posh and clean looking. No problems with American games so far and I am enjoying ESO and Ark with my friends. Thank you.

Mi consola llego rápido, cómo nueva aparentemente, hoy hace 2 meses y 16 días y ya no trabaja ni hace nada y estuve mirando videos en YouTube sobre el problema y que tal tiene la famosa llamada luz azul de la muerte con apenas poco tiempo de comprada y el uso es mínimo porque no tengo tiempo para ponerme a jugar. Súper decepcionado estoy y bien enojado con mi compra, ya contacté al vendedor y me dicen que tengo que esperar 48 horas para ver si aplico para un reemplazo ya que no quiero el dinero sino una consola que sirva realmente porque no es justo que con tan poco tiempo tire a la basura casi 600 dólares 🤦🏻‍♂️😡😡😡😡😡😡

It arrived quicker than i was told, however it was packaged with ZERO protection. It Was literally just the ps4 console, cords, and controller in a skinny card board box. No bubble wrap, no stuffing, NOTHING. I opened the box and heard a rattling sound inside the ps4 like a piece had broken inside the console. I was SURE it was broken. I was ready to return it right then and there and get a refund. But i decided to at least try it out and see. So far it seems to work fine, I'm currently installing games so we will see if gameplay works or not. I'm still really worried about the rattling inside the console when its moved. I can't believe they sent it with ZERO protection in a cardboard box. It was very disappointing and its only because of a stroke of luck that it actually seems to work. Grateful it works, furious that it wasn't packaged with protection.

This ps4 feels so refreshing and new. It's very quiet like it doesn't even make a sound. I was shocked. When I place my hand on it I can't even feel the fan spinning inside it. It's amazing. Although I'm sure as I start to play more games on it over time, it will start being noisy, start heating etc but its just natural for these old gen consoles. This was also a good replacement for my very old and annoyingly loud broken ps4. The white on this one is very beautiful. I am very satisfied with this product and will be using this in the mean time until there is more content for the ps5. Thank you!!

Great and smooth running console. But sadly the region code is possibly European and I live in the U.S and some movies like DVD/ Blu Ray's will not play due to regional restrictions. Those movies do work on other ps4s I have tested them on. But the games on a 4k HDR supported TV looks and runs amazingly well. Find an external hard drive with some TB storage and you'll be able to game even more like a pro. Also this model doesn't have a loud fan or overheat at all.

I was hoping for the best, but after reading some reviews I was expecting something to be broken or banged up. I can gladly say that everything came in great condition! The ps4 has quickly become one of my favorite systems and I’ve been playing lots of Ghost of Tsushima and God of War. If you’re on the fence for this, get it!! Also I’ve noticed that the system gets very hot sometimes but maybe that’s normal? Idk I’ve never had a ps4 before. Getting a fan or a stand should help though so no worries.

My son is still playing her after 4 years! He plays every evening more than he should lol! But it’s been his BIGG fun!

Console fantastica ed elegante. Per chi dovesse usarla in Italia, dovrà cambiare il cavo di alimentazione AC dato che questa è la versione UK. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

ATENCIÓN A LO SIGUIENTE. Me vi motivado a comprar esta PS4 Pro, específicamente esta versión, ya que la publicación indica que estaba “como nuevo”, además de que se muestra la caja y control originales. Lejos de todo eso, llegó en una caja genérica y con un control más que pirata (como se observa en el video). Otra cuestión por la que le pongo 3 estrellas, es que la consola llegó sumamente sucia. Después de una exhaustiva limpieza, se alcanza a apreciar lo bonita que es. Por otro lado, funciona muy bien y no es nada ruidosa como la pintan. Como conclusión, no vale el precio que al momento de mi opinión, se encuentra la consola.

Por el momento todo perfecto!!! Es una consola increíble !!! Una semana de usarla a diario y es todo lo esperado!!

Only two annoyances. The tiny button for "options" during game play which is slightly fiddly for the fat fingered and the most annoying problem of accidental pushes of the left R3 control which takes you out of games and back to the PS4 menu - usually when you are in the middle a frantic shoot out while dodging bullets etc. This one "feature" has caused me to swear a lot during every game I've played so far. I've never once wanted to exit a game this way, it is just a complete nuisance. I initially assumed it must have been programmed that way by the first game I played, but as it is a problem on every game I've played since it must be how the PS4 itself is programmed. Please remove that feature or at least make it an option in settings!
