Worldfit Isotrainer... trully World class!
The most affordable and versatile high quality isometric exercise equipment is now making its way into many homes, offices, and workplaces of fitness conscious individuals worldwide in the post pandemic era. • You believe that exercise is important and have been exercising for years but your joints are giving you problems. There is there a way to exercise without further exposing your joints to damage. • You are juggling several important priorities and seem to have no time for exercise? You can exercise for as little as 5 minutes a day and yet gain tremendous benefits! • Tight on the budget and can’t afford a gym membership? For a 30 + dollar investment, you can have a 2 pound world class exercise equipment that will be a constant companion on the road to strength and fitness. The Worldfit ISO-Trainer gives you the ability to do many isometric exercise protocols that results in strength and muscle gains. You can utilize overcoming and yielding isometrics as well as dynamic exercise movements. The Worldfit ISOtrainer stands at par with other more expensive world class isometric exercise equipment and complements their use. The Worldfit ISOtrainer is current with Exercise science. Isometrics once considered a protocol of an era gone by has made a comeback because exercise physiology has confirmed its effectivity along with other exercise modalities. The Worldfit ISOtrainer enables you to safely perform Isometric Exercises to progressively increase your strength, lose weight and build lean muscle mass. Its pros heavily outweighs the cons. I think the only con is that it does not measure effort and work you put in. But it would be unfair to expect that feature from this devise. The pros weigh heavily on its favor. It’s really well constructed. “Made to last” is not just marketing hype. When you lay hold of it and use it, that phrase becomes fact. Where on God’s great earth can you find such an excellent piece of isometric equipment that sells for such an unbelievable price! It mimics all the exercises you can do on some of the cutting edge isometric equipment like the Isochain which sells for almost $500. The webbing is true Ist class military grade. The handles are some of the strongest, most comfortable ones I have ever encountered The cam buckles exude quality. Learning to adjust them is a cinch and has never bothered me. You easily develop a system of learning what lengths go well with some exercises. I take them to the office and among other things start my day using these for various time holds depending on my current program. You can really push and pull for all you’re worth and it will deliver. No fear of it breaking which for fit seniors like me, is something we really value. I have three of these goldmines waiting to keep me fit in my 2 offices and my house.

great tool for isometric training
For those that practice isometric training, this product is sturdy and very useful. It is adaptable - it can be adjusted to various sizes and angles to target lots of muscle groups. It comes with some recommended exercises, but you can use your imagination to use this for much wider applications. My use case for this is to stimulate muscles at extremely high intensity with minimal risk of injury (develop more mind-muscle connection), which the fixed tension and no range of motion accomplishes. It's very sturdy, so as long as it is used at safe angles for your joints and no jerky movements, then I think it's a very safe way to get some intense muscle stimulation in. I don't expect this to make me ripped, it's more of a supplemental exercise to actual weight training. Overall, I think it's a great product, I am not sure why but there's not a lot of products out there like it (and not at this great price point), even though isometrics has some pretty solid research backing it's effectiveness.

Awesome product for isometric training
This isometric training strap is very sturdy and well made. The handles are comfortable and the wide strap is long and easy to adjust. It comes with a handy storage bag and short instruction leaflet, too. I can see this strap providing many years of use - it’s bombproof! My only gripe is how much I had to pay for shipping. This is not the manufacturer’s fault, so has not effected my five star rating. However, it cost almost as much to ship as it did to buy. It’s a small, light product and I’ve paid much less for far larger, heavier parcels - like $20 for a pair of hiking boots. That said, I’m very happy with my purchase, so even with the cost of the shipping, this was money well spent.

Basic Overcoming Isometrics at an Affordable Price
I wish it included different length straps. The unit is handle with a cam, then 13 feet of strap, then handle with cam. While you may need 13 feet for an isometric overhead press or suspension training, you only need 3-4 feet for a lot of isometrics like chest press, dead lift, seated row. And so there often is a ton of slack that you have to find a way to gather and hold in place unless you want it all over the floor. I would prefer to see a 3 foot strap for chest press, dead lift, seated rows, etc, an 8 foot strap for things like standing bicep curls, and a 13 foot strap for suspension training and overhead presses. This product offers two types of exercise. Overcoming isometrics (pushing/pulling as hard as you can against an immovable object) and suspension training if you a door anchor (or two). I use it most for suspension training - loaded stretches at the end of a work out. The problem with overcoming isometrics is cortical inhibition. When there is no give/stretch and no sensation of making progress with the push/pull effort, your brain shuts off your capacity to give maximum effort. Recently, I discovered a third way to use it: Body Fight. Strap one foot it, and use leg resistance for bicep curls, tricep overhead extensions and overhead shoulder press. Your leg is more powerful than your arms and shoulders, so you can actually achieve eccentric overload training by overcoming max upward pressure with your arms/shoulders by downward pressure with your legs. I usually enjoy the World Fit for suspension training, especially with two door anchors shoulder width apart. The handles are nice and solid. The strap is 1.5" wide and comfortable. It's pretty small when folded up and so you can travel with it and have a nice option to exercise in your hotel room. One final note, please do not confuse this basic, inexpensive device with the T2 IsoTrainer which is the Rolls Royce of this class. I use my T2 several times a week. It's far more versatile and engaging than the World Fit product.

The Worldfit Iso-Trainer is absolutely superb. You can train with isometric muscle contractions for all body parts and at all joint angles. It is very easily adjusted, incredibly well made and an essential addition to any gym bag, home gym or frequent traveller's luggage. You can replicate trap bar dradlifts, curls, overhead presses, low pulley rows, tricep extensions, bench presses etc. The only limit is your imagination. It works very well as a warm up to your regular weight lifting workout or as a workout in its own right- and you can make that workout as short or as lengthy as you want- plus just vary the intensity of effort as you choose. If you buy only one piece of isometric training equipment; buy this.

5 Sterne
