New skincare regiment since 11/2014: Before bed & after showering I use 2 pumps each of the following in this order on wet face, neck, chest & hands. For the price point Watts has all the store brands beat. I've been unsure which one should layer first, but it doesn't seem to matter. Now that winter is here I can REALLY see the difference, usually winter has me looking miserable with dull & dry looking skin. Have only been using this trio for a few months now and seeing tighter skin, diminished jawline crepeness & the smile lines around mouth & eyes are fading. I use all 3 on my hands as well and it's helping there as well with dry skin, sun spots & general moisture. I wipe my entire face, yes eyelids included and all 3 are completely non-irritating. My skin is very sensitive to additives & perfumes, for years I only used natural oils head to toe after showering. Very dry, fair, freckled & I burn far better than I tan. So other than Oil of Olay which I used for years before it started breaking me out, I'm not a face-stuff guru or fan in general of bottles of mystery stuff full of non-pronounceable ingredients. Too many things are irritating or cannot be used around the eyes without howl inducing pain when it gets in your eyes. YUK. I love ya Watts!!! thanks for the great stuff!

Since I am on the second bottle of this serum I thought it may be a good time to would write a review. My skin is very sensitive, prone to extreme dryness, and can easily become dulled or breakout, if I use a heavy product. Therefore, I do not experiment with the plethora of skincare products available that claim to do anything and everything, are outrageously expensive, and sadly, do not live up to the hype. Thankfully, this product is not one of the aforementioned. This product is fantastic!! What I love most about the serum is it does not clog my pores, not oily, no odor, not sticky, provides superior hydration, contains no chemicals, and is not made of/or uses animals for testing (all of which are important to me). Oh, and an other great feature is a little dab will do ya! Silly as it may sound the bottle lasts a great while. I store mine in the refrigerator. I find that my puffy eyes are quickly eradicated from chilling the serum. I mix one-two drops with CeraVe facial moisturizing lotion or Fruit of the Earth Pure Aloe Gel (also kept in the fridge) in the palm of my hand and apply. With this combination my skin is noticeably radiant and very well hydrated. I have applied the serum alone and it tends to flake when dry, which is not very attractive. There is no flaking when mixed. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the how well the serum wears under foundation because I do not wear foundation makeup.

I just received this so I cannot review it yet. I will say, however, this is HMWHA (high molecular weight hylauronic acid) which is better than LMWHA (low molecular weight) so I am sure it will work well. My review is based on the plastic bottle. I am concerned with packaging for foods, anything I use or consume. This is a #3 bottle, you can see from the bottom of the bottle. Numbers are always in a triangle at the bottom of the container. This is done so consumers can tell what it was made from. #3 is PVC (polyvinyl chloride). As you know, PVC plastics are used in building materials and other products as well as it is durable. #3 is not the worst packaging but it is not the best either. I prefer to buy my beauty serums in dark colored glass bottles. The dark color protects what is inside and the glass is safer because it wasn't made with harmful plastics, petroleum, chemicals or toxins. That is why my review is a only a 4 star and not a 5. I am hoping that the manufacturer will take this into consideration and change to dark colored bottles. I am happy that Amazon is selling this high quality HA serum and I will continue to buy it here. I will just have to take the time to pour the serum from their bottle into one of my own dark colored glass bottles and use their pump on the glass bottle. Thanks Amazon for this product!

****I do not get free/discounted products to review; I review products because I choose to do so.**** I bought one a year ago and I like it. Having made my own HA serum two months ago, I know that 1% still needs a lot of water; I cannot say if this is the high or low molecular type, or how much HA is in it. With high molecular weight HA, the serum is viscous at 100% strength -approximately 1% total weight-, much like thick aloe Vera gel sold in stores. The low molecular weight HA is supposedly thinner, but I have not tried LMW HA to compare yet. Low molecular weight supposedly absorbs into the skin better than HMW. Many websites will tell you the "proper" molecular weight for HA, but it's down to what you want. I believe both have pros and cons; since HMW is more viscous, it can give you a certain texture or look to the final product. Please research the differences if you would like to know more, but I can tell you that HMW HA is not bad. I put some in one of my homemade serum cleansers (oil free) that I rinse off; it does not leave a bad film on the skin, and it still hydrates the skin. Since I've "formulated" with HA, I can tell you more HA isn't always better. When used at .5% (HMW HA,) it left a thick polymer gel type coating on my skin. Since I do not use harsh cleansers on my face, I had to use a gentle clay mask to remove the coating of HA. This likely wouldn't be a problem with most face cleansers; I make my own gentle ones, and use a mask once a week though. (I did figure out how to use HMW HA since then, and it wasn't just the HA in this particular cream.) This product*** I believe this is likely a lower molecular weight HA than what I have/made; it is thinner (not a bad thing!), glides over the skin very easily, keeps skin hydrated when used properly, and enough of it rinses off when cleansing. In other words, it does not leave a thick coating on the skin and it is breathable. ***If you have dry skin, I would definitely recommend using an oil or a cream after applying this serum. The oil will help your skin from losing moisture. the HA will hydrate your face when you apply water, since its attracted to water. Without a barrier (oil is a good one,) or continuous water application, you may lose moisture in your skin; it is dependent on your skin's natural hydration levels and the humidity around you. Overall, this is an excellent product. Whether or not this is 1% HA, or if this is low molecular weight/high molecular weight, it is a great HA serum! It's very simple, non-comedogenic, a great price, and it works when used properly. I will most likely purchase another; I have not perfected my own HA serum just yet, and I know that this products works. Thanks!

I am very happy with the results of this serum. I am 56, from the south where we worshipped the sun years ago, smoked for 35 yrs (quit 6 yrs ago), so needless to say I have deep wrinkles around my eyes and upper lip. I read rave reviews on this serum but was still skeptical. After I received it I cleansed my face well, really took a good look at my wrinkles so I would be able to see any difference. First I applied a vitamin c serum (let that dry completely), then applied this serum (a little goes a long way), then applied my normal moisturizer. I waited 1 hour then looked in the mirror, I was shocked at the softer appearance of my wrinkles. It absolutely took ten years off my appearance, face is very smooth, even the deeper lines are barely noticeable. From what I have read this works synergistically with a good vitamin c serum so that is what I did. I used them both for the first time together so I am not sure which one gave me the great results but for me I will never be without either of the serums. Obviously, this is not a permanent fix but I will be quite happy to use this daily to get these miraculous results. I bought a bottle of this a year ago and it was great-then I bought another bottle and it has since turned yellow!!! it doesn't smell like some people say but I'm afraid to use it now. Hyaluronic acid is great for skin and you can take it orally for joint stiffness and to lubricate your eyes. I think there was a bad batch though. I am gonna buy another one since its so cheap and see how that bottle holds up. People should also try Synthovial Seven oral formula-its more expensive but its works wonders on my cracking knees and fingers. I am 45 years old and arthitis is kicking in and Hyaluronic acid definitly helps!!!!!

I bought both this product and Hyaluronic Acid Serum 100% Pure 2 oz. by Timeless Skin Care and I like this product much better. It comes in a pump bottle the Hyaluronic Acid Serum 100% Pure 2 oz. by Timeless Skin Care comes in a bottle with a dropper. I ordered the Hyaluronic Acid Serum 100% Pure 2 oz. by Timeless Skin Care on Dec.8 and the Watts Acid Solution on Dec. 10 and still received the Watts by Dec. 15 the Hyaluronic Acid Serum 100% Pure 2 oz. by Timeless Skin Care took more than twice as much time. Check out their reviews. If you don't mind waiting for weeks and you would like a dropper then the products both work about the same for me. But I will always choose this product. They both come in a very small bottle and whenever you remove the dropper with the other brand it's very easy to spill and at over $15.00 why take the chance? To me the whole idea of computers and the internet is for convenience and speed and I will always choose the company that ships in a timely manner that is something the other company doesn't seem to get. Some reviews say that it doesn't moisturize and some reviews say that it does. I didn't know what to expect from the product, but I do know that I like what it does. I realize everyone's skin is different, but this formula alone seems to have a tightening and calming effect on my skin. It makes my pores look smaller and gives my skin a nice finished look. Now when I add a couple of drops of argan oil with this.......holy cow, my skin is awesome. I have to admit that the two together go hand in hand, and I like the fact that I did buy them separately so that I can decide how much of each I want to mix together. If my skin is dryer, then I add three drops of argan to my HA, but normally it's one pump of the HA to two drops of argan and it's perfect. A little goes a long way with this stuff, so don't over do it, or you might not be happy with the results. In this case using less is more beneficial. :) It's been awhile and I have to admit I was curious to try a couple of different brands on e-bay because they have some different things added to the hyaluronic acid, like matrixyl 3000 and or vit C etc. However, I still find myself grabbing for this stuff. Like I said, I'm not sure what is in this solution, but I just love the way my skin feels.
