Happiness in a bowl!!
I love these crunchy organic cornflakes. I have them with a sliced banana and soy milk-- yum!! Not only are they crunchy but they're perfectly sweetened, not too much and not too little.

Pretty good!
These are pretty decent corn flakes, esp for those on a gf diet. My only complaint is they are a tad too sweet for me. But, I like my food/cereals without added sugar. So, that’s ur reference point. They stay firm in the milk/almond milk. No complaints aside from sweetness.

Healthy, Flavor and Texture Okay
I respect that this is healthy and organic, that it's good for us. But I found the flakes heavy and not quite as tasty as they could be. And if there was honey in these, it lent not much more than a tiny hint of sweetness. This does have room for improvement, especially when expecting a sweetened cereal.
