This dog car seat/bed is fabulous! It's great value for money, sturdy and comfortable. It's a good size and fits very securely and safely. My dog had been fidgeting a lot on the car seat before I purchased this dog bed, but as soon as I put this bed in the car, my dog got in, laid down nicely and didn't fidget at all on our journey! So I now have a happy woofer passenger! It also came with an additional seat belt to attach to the dog's harness which was a bonus. The personalised note from the seller was a nice touch too. I purchased this for the seat element not the safety harness side of it. Overall I'm pleased with the product, appears to be well made and easy to use. Very versatile as you can have it as an enclosed box type seat or open sides etc. I think the sides could do with being a bit more rigid to keep the shape better, when the dog sits and leans against the side it pushes out around the shape of the dog. The harness attachment is too long even on the smallest setting to safety use on my terrier size dog and in the event of an accident he would definitely be thrown out of the seat so I have cut this off and sealed the end to prevent fraying. As previously stated it was bought for the seat element so this doesn't really bother me as I already have/use a different type of harness attached to the dog. I've put a thin cushion and dog blanket inside for a bit more cozy feel and my dog is comfy in it and settles down straight away, he can sit, lie or curl up comfortably without any issues and there is still plenty of room for him to move about even with these added. Overall I would recommend if you're looking for a good quality seat to keep the car clean and the dog comfy and secure (using different harness). Great product and hope Muttstuff & Co continue to develop great products at reasonable prices.

Really good, well made product. My dog hates the car so is a very nervous passenger, the security of the sides to this seat has definitely made him calmer when we travel. The backing means cover doesn’t move at all on the seat and the straps are easy to fit (and remove it quickly) and does a fantastic job keeping dog hair off the seat! I have it 4 starts as this really is for very small dogs only… Anything more than Jack Russell size and you would have to use it without putting all of the sides up. Without the sides, the flap on the right does get in the way a bit even when tucked down, when driving. Overall however, would recommend.

First I cannot believe the high standard and quality of this versatile little car seat. It’s a perfect size for my dog JRxLhasa Apso. I like that i can unzip the sides to allow him to jump out safely. The straps are adjustable to perfectly fit any car size. It also comes with the seat belt clip. My dog is comfortable and safe. A lovely little personal touch with the letter of thanks received inside the parcel. Good luck with you venture, you clearly understand and love dogs 🐶

Excellent quality, excellent value, and perfect for keeping my dog safe and comfortable on long or short journeys. He can sit and look out of the window, or he can curl up and go to sleep, he has the choice. I cannot recommend this car seat highly enough. If anyone is contemplating purchasing a car seat look no further than this one. It is brilliant.

I have always traveled with dogs in dog crates in the car, but having had occasion to have to stop suddenly whilst driving recently we were horrified when the crate tipped up with our puppy inside even though it was attached to four safety points in the car. After doing some research we decided to go for a crash tested car seat harness but as our Papillon puppy likes to feel supported and lay with her back against a side we thought this car seat would do suit her. The car seat it's self is great. Exactly what we expected. It was very easy to put in place in the car and had enough room so that we could put an extra bed inside. She does stay in the seat while we are driving but if you have a dog that wont 'stay' when told this might not be the seat for you. She settled down and was very happy as you can see from the photo. However, the free seat belt clip, that is shown in the photo, broke the first time we used it. The spring in the 'G clamp' broke which meant that it did not stay attached to her harness and kept falling off. This did not bother us as we planned to upgrade to a crash tested car harness any way. Delivery was also a issue, ASM delivery have been very unreliable. This is our fourth delivery from ASM that we have had problems with. Having said all that, the car seat is just what we wanted and with a upgraded car harness that plugs in to the seat belt plug she is much safer than in a dog crate and very happy.

Really great quality, this is now the second one that I've bought so that I don't have to transfer between cars. Easy adjustment to securely fit any seat, strong zips and sturdy frame. Comes with 2 clips (one attached to the base which has to be on the left side of the seat, and a second which clips into the seat belt clasp in the car, so best seated behind the front passenger seat to allow for a clip on each side, although the strap is long enough to reach around the back of the seat if you need to seat them behind the driver. Our dog is really secure in it and easy to clean.

After thinking long and hard about the perfect dog seat cover I am certainly glad that I purchased this one! My working cocker loves it! She is able to curl up after her walk. It fits really well to the back seat and the length of the adjustable straps was a great help to keep the cover in place.

Very happy with this seat cover- I have never seen one that zips up into a cozy place for my little dog. Unzip it and it’s a regular seat cover! Well made and fits my 2016 Prius V perfectly. LOVE it!
