Could this fibreglass sheet reinforce plaster of paris/hemihydrate gympum plaster work?

As a retired builder I would think so.In the old days we used haired Thistle plaster and of course horse hair and the like has been used to reinforce plaster for hundreds of years.This fibreglass comes in a sheet and could be cut up if practical. I used it with Resin to line the grass box of my Ransome mower as it had rust holes in the base. Hope this is helpful Regards Peter

Can this be used to repair a indoor wall that has hole damage

Not really you would be better stuffing the hole with newspaper then using a filler over the top

You can coat it with resin, and after the resin is cured, it can be waterproof.
