I use this with my hearing aids, it helps when putting the ear molds in my ears. It also eases itching and dryness that be caused from wearing hearing aids. I put a drop or 2 on my little finger and then apply to my outer ear canal, it is not greasy and has a pleasant smell. I have purchased this several times.

This product worked really well for me. It helped a lot with itchiness, mild ringing, and sensitivity to loud noises. I don’t have any diagnosed ear condition, just occasional discomfort, and this has been very helpful when those small issues appear. I like that it’s easy to use and gentle. Very good product for your dry ichey ears. I clean my ears with MiraCell before putting my hearing aids in every day. Very good product.

It does provide some relief for dry and itchy ears, and it’s gentle to use. It softens ear wax a little, but not as much as I hoped. Works okay for mild issues, but doesn’t fully clear clogged ears. Decent product, just not a standout!
