Poor quality service
Item packaged in a very basic cardboard wrapping which meant the bunny arrived broken into 100 pieces. Very poor service

White chocolate bunny arrived, not what was ordered!
I ordered a milk chocolate Lindt chocolate bunny but a white chocolate one arrived which appears to be a cheaper option and not what I wanted, so not pleased. I don't like white chocolate!!!! So wasted
