This is flimsy and will tear easily if you use it to cover rocks.

Thank you for your inquiry. Your project is not the intended use for the Serenity underlayment and is not advisable. Always follow local building code for crawl space ground cover plastic mil rate requirements.

Q: Can I use this under a vinyl laminate?

yes works well, but I found I would never use vinyl laminate again. I hate it. I put down 1500 feet of it and it looked great till it got cooler out the you could see gaps etc. spend a little more now and save later. I feel like I wasted $3000, and all the labor I spent putting it down, because I will be replacing it.
