Review: Love it! - Best molasses around. I use it all the time to make my own brown sugar!
Review: A Dependable Pantry Staple That Has Stood the Test of Time - I ordered a bottle of Plantation Blackstrap Molasses because I heard such great things about its health benefits, since I’m very health-conscious. Although it was used in my household as a child many years ago, I never considered its health benefits until recently. I use it in many things as an alternative to my favorite sweetener, honey. It reminds me of a slower and simpler time. Blackstrap molasses has a bold, dark, old-fashioned flavor with a slight bitterness that lets you know it came from something real instead of a chemistry lab. It has that kind of rich taste that feels like it belongs in an old farmhouse kitchen or sitting on the counter at a truck stop diner that still makes food from scratch. Unsulphured blackstrap molasses retains natural minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Plantation Blackstrap Molasses is a dependable product that has stood the test of time.
