A: It is very much like soft soap, but for your hands.  There is pumice or grit material mixed in with the cleaner.

**Q: How does this "extreme" version compare with the old 25219 fast orange pumice lotion hand cleaner?**
A: If used correctly. I haven't found anything it won't take off. I use mine for removing dried on automotive paint. Put it on, scrub vigorously, and rinse away the grime. To answer your question directly. It has more abrasive.
