Like the value for the size. I can't believe it took me so long to try these noodles. PROS: -- Can soak them beforehand for a faster cook -- They are great on their own with just some sauce -- Can be used for so many kinds of meals No negatives, IMO. I just had to learn not to overcook them. They are easy to get to the right texture in very little time. I use these for stirfry and boiled. They taste so good with any kind of sauce. I'm going to try using these the next time I make a spaghetti sauce, just to see!

Good quality, texture and price.

Nice to have a whole grain option. They cook easier than some other rice based noodles. Used to purchase it at Ralphs supermarket (part of the Kroger chain), then they dropped it before recently. The noodles that I bought from Amazon were 'new and improved', and they do cook more evenly than before.

Easy to prepare good quantity and quality. Tasted good, added chili crisp oil and veggies. Yum

Nice quality noodles, boil us nice and stay firm no mush

Cooked texture and quality were disappointing. I'm a seasoned cook. I used this item in a vegetable tofu stir fry. But despite the fact that I've cooked quick-boiling noodles before, and followed the cooking instructions on this product to a T, it was a disappointment. It's al dente texture was good until I tossed it with the veggies, that it became a sticky mess. So I had one meal out of it- dunner. Then I converted it to a veggie, rice noodle soup for the next day. Not to mention, that the only ingredients present in the conversion recipe, were the vegetables. The rice only served as thickening agent. Needless to say I'm left with half a pack that I won't use.
