As described
Easy to use, many grinding types available. Does not take much room and is not noisy. The main thing now is to see if it will be durable. Time will tell.

This is the real deal!
The Capresso 570.01 Infinity Plus burr grinder is quiet, quick, and produces uniform grinds that give excellent results, from very fine Turkish to coarse French press, with espresso somewhere in between. Finding just the right grind for espresso does take some experimenting, but the results are worth it. An added bonus: replacement burrs and other parts are available from Capresso.

More Expensive, But Worth it!
My last Capresso went bottoms up. Major bummer as we really liked it. Bought a less expensive one to replace it and returned it. It just couldn't match the Capresso so I ordered another Capresso. Pros: It grinds any amount from one cup to twelve cups and anything in between. Grind is always consistent wither i'm making espresso, French press, or something in between. The container the ground beans fall into is easy to use and remove. Hopper is easy to fill and remove for cleaning. Quieter that other grinders. Cons: More expensive. Difficult to clean the burrs, but I think that may apply to most burr grinders. Easy to put together wrong after cleaning. We've had to replace two Capressos over the years. I con't know how this compared to other grinders. When this one goes, I'll be looking for a Capresso to replace it.

Relatively quiet, easy to clean
12 yo Capresso grinder finally failed. This is quieter, noise is lower pitch, grind is accurate, and it's much easier to clean. Only complaint is that the load lid is so clear I have, in the fog of morning, neglected to remove it, spilling beans all over. Solved with a piece of tape.

Dirty Coffee grinder
This the dirtiest coffee grinder I have owned. There are coffee grounds all around the grinder after use. I have to vacuum to coffee grinder to get all the grounds out of the grinder container area. I owned a Breville before this but had to change because it was discontinued and I needed a new receptacle. I Thought Capresso was a good brand but their coffee grinder is not. I ordered an OXO model.

I like it a lot.
The only thing is it starts grinding immediately even before you have chosen the number which means time of the grind, in this case. Annoying.

Much quieter
Had the earlier version of Capresso, and this one is quieter, and the grounds do not shoot out when I pull the bin out. That is a good thing.

Cheaper than previous model--would not buy again
Had this same Grinder, made by the original Capresso. It was heavy and strong. Used in a Coffee shop for several years until it died (was not rated for commercial use, BUT was good). New owner of Capresso when to CHINA, and made it out of cheap, light-weight plastic. It will "bounce" around my home counter when grinding. Flimsy, light product. It was easier to clean than the original, and I guess it works OK, but can't really check if the "grind" is accurate. Its ok, but would probably check a different model. Customer service is still good and answers telephone. Feel sorry for the Capresso people still there who have to support this cheap product.

Not for Dark Roast Oily Beans
I like my French Roast dark coffee beans. Been grinding for decades. After 6yrs of my previous grinder, beans had issues going to the burr. After great reviews with this one I've ordered had same issue. So back in the box it went. Was just about to order another brand till I saw a hack on YouTube to clean your burr grinders. That's for all grinders btw. Use Minute Rice. Look up the hack BEFORE doing this. Totally Works! The tablets they sell at 35$ will last you 5 cleaning only. Might as well buy a grinder right! Well the Minute Rice absorbed all the oils n cleaned the whole burr. Oily beans are harder to clean any grinder n you just can get away with it. But heh, I like my dark French Roast.
