Bought this to replace the flattened driver seat in my 2004 Dodge Dakota. I was unsure if it would fit and prepared to modify it but it was thankfully an exact fit. It is a lot more comfortable and I sit significantly higher now. Install was really simple. Highly satisfied for the price paid. Factory cushions would be a lot more expensive plus the fact that they are no longer made for my truck. For anyone doing this repair I highly recommend putting a piece of plywood cut to the size of the seat frame under the cushion. It makes a huge difference in comfort and will make the cushion last longer.

Great fit, install takes about an hour. You may need to trim the five foam nubs off the back. They tend to keep the foam from going back far enough as you install the foam seat. Nice and firm but not rock hard, gives a little as you sit in the seat. Great product. I was glad to find this item as the OEM foam replacements no longer seem t be available from Chrysler for the 2004 Dakota trucks.

First this was Not a direct fit for 02 F350. It was clearly very different, but I was able to make it work. I did cut up the old seat foam to reinforce some areas where the new seat was not as thick. Once I was done however sitting on the seat was a total dream. It was very nicely reinforced on the "rump" spot and the sides that were very worn on the original seat were much more conforming and comfortable. For the price it really felt like a better solution than a total new seat and even really just a cover will cost more. I will say there was a bit more manual labor to get this installed but in the end I was happy with the results. My wife got in and said wow this is super comfortable! Nothing makes life better than a wife with a happy butt!

I have changed these out in the past on different vehicles of the same type. This product is excellent and fit perfectly on my 2000 Silverado.

This was NOT advertised for the truck I have, so no issue there. It's brand new, very comfortable, and only $43 !! I almost spent $300 to buy the seat out of a wrecked truck - just to get the seat cushion as they no longer make one for a 2000 Dodge Dakota. But as I read the reviews, a couple people said this was an exact fit for their Dakota!! ('98 - 2004 Dakota's have the same seat) So I eagerly bought it. It is NOT an exact fit, but with some tugging, pulling, a F-bomb or two . . and unfortunately, a couple of small rips in the foam -- I got it in. I will keep it for the duration now, as anything is better than sitting almost on the floor.

Was able to make this work on a 2001 F-250 after seeing this seat cushion generally was listed on the internet for 2002 and up to some other year. I figured most parts were the same for 99-07 so it was worth a shot. The rear underside is not molded correctly for a 2001, in that the springs don’t have a cutout in the rear for proper fit. However, with a little compression, you can still push this into place and get a generally good fit. Figured it wasn't worth the risk of making some custom cuts myself if I didn’t have to. Was able to wrap up the old cloth seat on this new cushion with factory mount clips, but grant it, the left side is torn from all the getting in and out (previous owners). Based on the ease, I wouldn’t expect any issues with a new cover. I went cheap and am putting a $20 single seat cover for now. All I could find was vinyl ones for $100 and I have cloth, so may be looking at upholstery shops down the road.
