I have used this brand of flour for a long time now. It’s not too fine so you don’t end up with clouds of white dust around the bowl. Everything cooked turns out well and I am very satisfied with continuing with the same brand.

Great Fluor, mediocre reseller
I have bought this flour for many years, it has always produced beautiful bread, scones and pastry. Usually when it is supplied through Amazon directly the best before date is generous, usually just shy of a year. However this batch just purchased from Superfood Market is only three months, combined with having to purchase five bags and at a 50% premium, thus one or two will be out of date Will not buy from Superfoods again
