It appears that there are emfs up until the filter which is somewhere on the upper chest? so, this would mean i am not delivering emfs to my heart?

I don't know, but it did not work for me at all on the phone, When I tried to talk, it would put a big buzz in the ear of the person I was speaking to. However, I use it on my PC and can listen well. Also, I checked with my rad meter, and it does block the EMF frequencies very well, so I kept it and use it every day.
