The product itself is great. Nice cleaning, good scent, leaves beard clean and healthy; looking great. I pulled one star because getting all of the product out of the packaging requires removing the pump and just dumping the remainder out once you're below a level where the pump no longer sucks it up. For me, this has been many uses before I'm empty. That being said, I've reordered this again because of the overall product quality.

With 1 or 2 drops of shampoo you get a good wash of your beard (depends on the length). The conditioner leaves a nice scent and softness on the beard
