This comes well packed and no scratches or dents in the wood. It is very simple to put together. I am a 66 yr old woman but fairly experienced at assembling things. You will need a Phillips head screw driver. It is a one person job. It came with all the parts. Two holes were not drilled but it was not a problem. It was fine without those two screws. It took approx 30 minutes for me. It looks beautiful and expensive but it’s not. This headboard can be hooked to the bed frame, it has holes drilled in the legs for that. You will have to buy separate hardware for that. I do not want that because my bed is an adjustable bed (head and foot raises) so I have leaned it up against the wall. You could attach it to the wall as well if you wanted to with those holes pre-drilled in the legs. I may decide to do that in the future. I just love the way it looks. It is a very nice expresso brown color. I have a rather tall Queen size bed.

We are totally satisfied with this headboard. It’s well made and seems to be of good quality and very sturdy. The instructions for putting it together were very clear and it didn’t take more than an hour to put together. We have only had it a couple weeks but so far no issues. To make it a bit higher my husband made some wood pieces to add to each of the bottom boards. When the bed is put together they are not noticeable and it gives the headboard a more elevated look. It wasn’t necessary to do this but we were trying to cover up a little area of the wall that was slightly damaged. Having the headboard a little higher covered up the issue. So it saved us from having to paint the whole bedroom over again. Would highly recommend!!

Once put together, it turned out exactly how I expected it to. The color matched great with my furniture. I just bought an adjustable bed and was having a difficult time finding a 'compatible' bed frame with side rails, so I decided to go with just the headboard and bought a bed skirt which turned out just fine. The instructions can get a little confusing , but my son put it up and it worked out. It's not wood but looks really nice. It's sitting against the wall and not physically attached and double sided tape to prevent any noise.

This headboard is a great value and quality for the money. Assembly instructions were clear and assembly was a breeze. Perfect queen size, easy to install, and looks terrific! Highly recommended and would purchase again.

headboard showed up in box soaked in mud and water. Product looks ok but has nicks all over it. very disappointed since i waited 10 days for it to show up. Huge sloppy mess. Very cheap quality.

I love the look of this headboard. Its quality is better than I thought it would be. Great product at a decent price. The natural color is a favorite, as it goes well with almost any comforter. Easy to assemble and attach to the bed frame. I had ordered the King size and it was perfect.

It's an ok headboard. Looks good but very cheap materials. Assembly wasn't too bad. I would recommend it but you get what you pay for.

I looked at a LOT of headboards online, read a ton of reviews, and waited for several years before making this purchase, because I really did not want to get it wrong. I have a king-sized bed (Casper mattress and basic frame, not that it matters a lot, it's a pretty standard setup) and the king headboard is PERFECT. It is high quality, especially considering the price, and it's got a very solid feel. As a 4' 11" female with moderate-to-good "put-it-together" skills, I found this headboard approachable and straightforward to assemble and mount* to our bed's frame. I have never put a headboard on a bed before either, so I was a little bit intimidated, but I took my time and it ended up exactly like I'd hoped. Now, also as a "fun-sized" woman, I did benefit from some assistance moving the assembled headboard into place to mount it, mostly due to the dimensions of the headboard once assembled, but really, much less help on the project overall than I'd anticipated. My husband, who has no dog in the fight when it comes to living in a decorated space, and who would gladly sleep on the floor or in a cardboard box if he were on his own, has commented over and over how much he LOVES the way this headboard looks, how nice it is, etc. (And I'm pretty sure a headboard has never been on his wish list in his life!) * This headboard does not include mounting hardware, but I headed to the hardware store and bought 4 screws, washers and nuts (1/4" x 1-3/4", I believe they were, but don't quote me on it!) and used a power drill to make holes in the helpful pilot holes the manufacturer provided in the frame, and presto! All in all, I am thrilled with this purchase.

I bought the QUEEN size Espresso headboard for my DOUBLE/FULL bed and mounted it directly to the wall instead of to the bed frame. The side panels of the headboard are wide enough that the gap between them is completely covered up by the double/full bed, and looks more stately. Easy to put together. Make sure you have a CLEAN AREA of carpet to assemble it on. It is assembled face down so any rogue screws will scratch the surface. I am certain that those that complained about scratches have put those scratches there themselves, so keep all the hardware way off to one side! Looks great alongside the prepac night table. btw the wall art is 4+Panel+Italian+Tuscan+Town+Wall+Art

Started with a great start nothing missing. Got scared at one point. I thout they had forgoten to drill some holes. Noticed the film was on top of them. After running my finger on the board just has to pierce the holes with the screw driver. No lable on the parts but still super easy to assemble took maybe 30 minutes.

Terrible quality - cracks and scratches and dents all over - the holes at the bottom to attach to bed frame are not drilled all the way through …middle piece of headboard is not even wood it’s partial board!!!!

Looks great on the king bed and matches the 2 side tables.
