Fantastic cake toppers. Makes the decoration of my cakes so much easier as they provide the centrepiece and I just have to ice around. Toppers are easily applied to fondant iced cakes with a small amount if water. The quality and colours are always perfect. Only comments would be I'd like more options on placement of text, size of toppers and difficulty of removing topper from plastic backing as they're exactly the same size. If the backing was slightly bigger it would help. I understand they're printed onto the backed icing and cut at the same time for your convenience but it does cause a minor problem for customers. All in all, I've purchased 7 times and will again

My design was refused else where for printing - unsure why as there is nothing offensive in the wording. It is simply wishing someone a happy 14th birthday in Nihongo (Japanese). The customisation tools were helpful as I was able to change my text to 'aqua' which happens to be the recipients favourite colour (near enough). The print is clear and easy to read and stands out on the print. Definitely happy with this and when the recipient sees this I know they will absolutely love it as this is designed to compliment the main show stopping cake and will be presented first. The topper is decently structured with a semi bit of thickness to it. I have worked with toppers on numerous occasions and this one actually feels sturdy. Postage is really good, I did pay a lot for mine to recieve it in a few days - due to refusal to print via a different company and my more immediate need of it. It comes in a typical comic envelope, or A4 boarded envelope labelled up with ease do not bend etc, hope that makes sense. Added bonus to the positives the seller has brilliant customer service skills and responded to me personally within a few hours. So positive out the way the down side, the colours are darker overall than I wished for, in terms of the whole print. On my screen the sakura were definitely paler than with the print and mildly more subtle feeling. The aqua font colour also appeared brighter in colour. However, this could easily be placed down to differences in screens. Given the overall darkness of the print it still works out overall for my need.

Good quality product

Beautifully printed. No instructions so I just put it straight on the cake. There was in fact some kind of plastic backing so had to take it off to put candles in and cut the cake. Not sure how this backing would have peeled off without breaking the edible picture

The site was so easy to use, with clear instructions. Each step was easy to follow and I was able to create a personalised cake topper for a special event. I was impressed with the delivery time; it was estimated for 8pm the next day but it came before 1pm in the afternoon. The picture was clear and bright without any smudges.
