Good product at reasonable price. Thickness of rods are bit less but overall good to use.

On seeing reviews from others about this breaking, I thought I had made a mistake buying this. But on seeing the pictures, I realized that the installation was not done properly. Hence, I took great care in installing this cloth hanger. Once I ensure my screws are securely drilled into the wall, I felt confident. I have been using this for over a month. No complaints. I have installed this by myself as I have all the tools with me like drilling machine, etc. However, if you do not have the tools, please request service from an experienced carpenters. Plumbers/Electricians would not have experience installing this and overtime the product may get damaged due to improper installation

Worst product. Never even dare to buy
I am writing this review after 8 months of usage. First one plastic piece broke, all the clothes along with the rods fell on my head caused a serious injury. The plastic used is of cheap quality. It's broken to three pieces. No other option also to keep it back. Totally i should give negative rating to this though it's not available. Don't dare to buy

Average and plates are plastic
Average : 1)since plates which needs to be installed on sealing are plastic...I don't think for long term it will hold much weight. 2)Caps provided for ropes are only six piece but 12 need to be provided as minimum. 3) delivered to some other address...but NR industries assured it will not happen next time...they will change courier partner.

Worthy buy
I've been using it for more than 1month now. I needed help of a electrician/plumber to drill holes on the terrace roof and to fix it up. Easy to assemble and Works well. Only problem I'm facing now is that the plastic L shaped wall fixture( needed for hooking the ropes after the dresses have been hanged up) is bending upwards due to the weight of clothes on the ropes. Overall good product. Minor correction needed from manufacturers. I recommend it for purchase
