Helps with postpartum sleep deprivation
This has been super helpful for me as a new mama. I was struggling with falling back to sleep after baby wakes up and nursing him back to sleep. He would be sleeping and I’d be lying there wide awake. A couple squirts of this and I fall back to sleep quickly. It also helps with the sleep deprived groggy feeling if I take it during the day.
