These Quest protein bars are a great option when I need a quick, convenient protein snack. I really like having a variety of flavors in one pack, so I don’t get bored eating the same bar every day. The bars are filling, have a good texture, and provide a solid amount of protein without a lot of net carbs. The individual wrapping makes them easy to take to work, the gym, or while traveling. Overall, a convenient and tasty way to add more protein to my day. I’ll definitely be buying these again!

Great selection of protein bars! They tasted fresh and had great flavors. These are my favorite protein bars for watching calories while still tasting good and getting lots of protein. They are not too “protein/chalky” tasting, which is a common problem I’ve had with other protein bars . Will be rebuying.

Pros: You get about 1/3 of your daily fiber from one of these bars which is very solid and with the addition of protein these can keep your stomach satisfied for a bit of time In terms of calories they're around 200 calories per, and about the 1:10 golden protein to calorie ratio people talk about, varying on the bar Having a variety pack in the first place is nice, not a lot of products do that which I think really helps people branch out and find their favorite flavors (Mine being the Mint/Double Chocolate Chunk) Cons: Price isn't the best, but it's also definitely not the worst Some of the bars are way more grittier than others and overall texture really varies, but some of the grittiness do work better with some flavors. I absolutely disliked the chocolate chip cookie dough. Overall, if you just want something sweet to snack on and need the protein this isn't a bad choice.

However, not all flavors hit the mark. The Oatmeal Cookie flavor was my least favorite, as it was drier and blander compared to the others. I am hooked on these bars! These have a great amount of protein but they also have an AMAZING amount of fiber. Also the calories for all of this is insane. These taste really really good to me and I do really like the texture though I dont think the texture is everyone's cup of tea. These help me stay full for awhile (though make sure to drink enough water too, to help the fiber). I use these as part of my lunch or a mid afternoon snack if I get hungry. I LOVE the variety in this box, it has a flavor for my every mood or craving. Also my husband (who isnt fond of protein products) likes some of the flavors too!

seem okie price reasonable. but the packaging can be better as it from overseas some of it got melted or deformed. Not very long expiry date tho...
