Univen Pressure Cooker Gasket Seal Compatible with Mirro 98510 92012 92022

Perfect replacement for my large pressure cooker

Not thick enough to seal my Mirro 12 qt pressure canner. Proper gasket should be snug when closing the lid, but this one is as loose as the old gasket, maybe more so.. as a replacement for Mirro canner, this is a failure and not appropriate for my model 92012.

I bought this for the Mirro pressure canner. This gasket is flimsy and thinner than the one it was to replace. It might have worked if I'd used two, that's how thin it was. There was leakage and pressure canner never came up to pressure. Total waste of money.

Have tried 2 seals from different vendors. Neither sealed my pressure cooker. I will have to assume that the problem lies with the pressure cooker. I will give up on trying to repair this one and just have to wait until I can afford a new one.

Well made gasket

Took a chance with this product per their description but it does not seal properly to hold pressure. Contacted Mirro. Gasket and support for the 92022 was discontinued about 15 years ago and they have no known suppliers for parts.
