Flys like an old style drone, zero customer support.
I would highly recommend against this product. The drone flies like an old style drone, not like the new drone from DJI or other competitors. flight is shaky and the skycontroller is junk. The worst part is when things go wrong, which they inevitably will there is terrible customer support. The bluegrass drone is made by Parrot but is a business solution of theirs, therefore for an unknown reason you can only contact them via email (no phone) and they wait 48 hours before contacting you back. That said, most of the time they don't seem to ever get back to you. Seriously terrible customer service for an extremely expensive product. The only thing good on this drone is the sequoia camera. do yourself a favor and buy the camera and put it on a different drone.

Does not function. No support.
This drone never worked. Customer support was completely unresponsive. Do I have to sue the company to get anything done?! Do not buy a Parrot drone.
