Q: I'm looking for a liquid “5-methyltetrahydrofolate” or “5-MTHF” folate and was directed to this product, but it looks like this is folic acid based?

This is not Folic Acid! This is Folinic Acid. They are separate compounds. Some people with MTHFR issues find this helpful.However, this is also NOT 5-MTHF either. It is one step away from 5-MTHF chemically.If you're looking for 5-MTHF, this is not the product you want.

Q: Can you put a drop in a drink or directly into a g-tube?

I put it under my tongue. Good taste to it so it’s easy!
