No really issues at all, it’s great value for money and good quality. The only thing might be that the hand pump is small so it takes forever to pump up (although fair play they give you one). I ended up using a two hand football pump which made it easier. Only reason for the 4* Love the range of colours and the material is very thick and stable. I tested it for my wife and I’m 3x heavier, it was comfortable and she enjoys using it during pregnancy.

This birthing ball has been a lifesaver during my pregnancy! It’s sturdy, non-slip, and easy to inflate in minutes. Sitting on it instantly relieved my back pain and helped improve my posture and pelvic flexibility. By my third trimester, it became my go-to seat, and during labor, bouncing eased contractions. Postpartum, it’s perfect for gentle workouts and soothing my baby. The anti-burst design feels super safe, even at 180 lbs. Highly recommend for pregnancy, labor prep, and beyond! Wish I had bought it sooner!

I really love this birthing ball. I use it to exercise and I love the fact that it came with a manual that has suggested exercise to do in different stages of pregnancy.

The ball itself is good quality, however, after using the pump only twice to inflate the ball, it's now broken and does not expell any air. The pump is poor quality.

False advertising I got a generic version without and manual and it smelled terrible

easy to inflate, just follow the instructions. comes with a handy pregnancy book explaining different exercises to do with the birth ball according to different trimesters. also has good info regarding birth and nutrition in general.

This is well worth it, great instructions on how to inflate and a great book with different ways to use. Used in this instance for pregnancy and felt nice and safe on it.

J'avais pas peur de l'éclater avec le poids (j'ai pris 30 kg en tout pendant la grossesse. Je suis arrivée à 95kg ) il est très résistant. En plus il arrive avec un livre pour faire des excercises dans chaque étape de la grossesse. J'ai adoré et je le racheterai si j'arrive pas à le réparer car je l'ai percé sans faire exprès avec de ciseaux.
